The Brossac church is situated right in the centre of Brossac. Built in the
twelfth century, the structure of Brossac's church forms the shape of
the Latin cross. Previously of sombre gothic style, the interior was
re-done in the late 1700s in neo-classical fashion. A staircase gives
access to the bell that rings through the town twice on the hour. A
nine-month restoration project has recently been carried out.
